Prevent Confusion Regarding the Use of the name of Association of Family Offices in Asia ( AFO)

 

Recently, it has come to our attention that external organizations have used names identical or similar to the "Association of Family Office in Asia” in their activities, which has caused confusion among the public and led to registrations.

 

Without the formal written authorization of this Association, any use of the name, logo, or representation of the "Association of Family Office in Asia" constitutes infringement.

 

To prevent continued confusion arising from the misuse of names, the relevant parties are hereby urged to immediately cease any unauthorized use of the Association's name. We are open to communication channels to seek an appropriate resolution, safeguarding the common interests of all industry participants.

 

Reaffirmation of Identity and Invitation:

If you are an existing member or partner of the Association and wish to continue cooperation under the new framework, you must proactively contact the Association to complete the formal identity reconfirmation and registration process effective immediately. Any actions taken by individuals who fail to complete this confirmation by the deadline will have no association with this Association.
